Hello! I am Dr. Sierra Grasso, a board-certified general surgeon, fellowship-trained in minimally invasive surgery, currently practicing at Landmark Medical Center in Rhode Island. My clinical practice includes abdominal wall reconstruction, foregut surgery, colorectal and anal procedures, alongside dedicated wound care management.

I completed my fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery/Advanced Gastrointestinal Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital, where I also participated in advanced robotics training programs through Intuitive and The Fellowship Council. I completed my general surgery residency within the Stony Brook Medicine system, training across community and tertiary academic hospitals.

I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and have remained engaged in osteopathic education, leadership, and mentorship throughout my career.
